Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Beltrex Leather, we take pride in delivering premium-quality leather belts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 90 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 90 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You wish to exchange for another size (subject to availability).

The item must be unused and returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • A damaged or defective product was received.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The requested replacement item is unavailable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
