At Beltrex Leather, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our homepage for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

Beltrex Leather is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
